What does Belfrost Creative do?
We help businesses work out what their marketing should be doing, then help turn that into useful creative work. That can include research, strategy, content, campaigns and measuring what worked.
Who is Belfrost Creative for?
Growing businesses that need better marketing but do not necessarily need, or want, a large traditional agency. We are particularly useful when plenty is happening but it is not clear what to prioritise.
What can you help with?
It depends on what you need. We can help understand a marketing problem, research an audience or market, develop the strategy, create the work and assess the results. We would rather understand the problem first than sell you something you may not need.
Working together
How do you measure whether something worked?
We agree what success should mean before judging the work. That might be enquiries, sales, engagement, awareness or something more specific. We also tell you when the evidence cannot support a confident conclusion.
Do you have fixed packages or prices?
We prefer to understand what you actually need first. Once we know the scope, we can explain what we recommend and what it will cost.
How do we get started?
Start with a conversation. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, what is getting in the way and what you have already tried. We can work out the sensible next step from there.
Frostie OS
What is Frostie OS?
Frostie OS is the marketing operating system we are developing inside Belfrost Creative. It is designed to bring research, knowledge, planning, creative work, approvals and learning into one connected environment.
Can I use Frostie OS?
Not yet. We are developing and testing it through Belfrost Creative's own work first. When it is ready for wider use, we will say so clearly.
AI & governance
How do you use AI?
We use technology where it genuinely helps, such as research, analysis and parts of the creative process. It does not get the final say. Important decisions, approvals and responsibility stay with people.
Will you publish anything without my approval?
No. Nothing should go live simply because a system or AI tool produced it. Where your approval is required, it remains part of the process.
