1. Make a deletion request

Email hello@belfrostcreative.com with the subject Data deletion request.

We will acknowledge the request and normally respond without undue delay and within one calendar month. If a request is complex or identity must be confirmed, we will explain what is needed and any lawful extension.

2. What to include

  • Your name and the email address associated with your Belfrost Creative or Frostie OS relationship.
  • The organisation/workspace and provider involved, if applicable.
  • The Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or other selected resource you want us to identify.
  • A clear description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send us a social-platform password, access token, client secret or unnecessary identity document. If verification is needed, we will request only proportionate information.

3. What happens next

  1. We record and scope the request.
  2. We verify that the requester has authority over the relevant identity, workspace or resource.
  3. We identify eligible information across active systems and applicable service providers.
  4. We delete or irreversibly de-identify eligible information and revoke provider credentials held by Belfrost Creative where requested.
  5. We confirm the outcome or explain any information we must lawfully retain.

4. Removing provider access

You can also remove Belfrost Creative or Frostie OS access directly in the connected provider's account or business-integration settings. Removing provider access stops future authorised access, but it may not by itself delete information already held by Belfrost Creative. Send the deletion request as well if you want stored information reviewed for erasure.

Frostie treats analytics, publishing and future engagement permissions separately where the provider permits. Revoking one capability should not silently authorise or broaden another.

5. Information we may retain

The right to erasure is not absolute. We may retain limited records where required by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Backup copies may remain protected until their normal secure expiry and will not be restored for ordinary use.

If we cannot delete something, we will explain why and tell you how to raise a concern. You can read the full Privacy Policy or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
